One week in and no resolve

Parcel monkey deserves zero stars for this one. Package has not yet been shipped. USPS will not take it because it apparently exceeds their size limit yet parcel monkey still took my money. Been patiently and politely waiting for a resolve and refund but I’m going in circles with customer service. Plus something in parcel monkeys system says my package was delivered in June????? However the package never left (missed my Christmas deadline) and I wasn’t even registered with parcel monkey until this December. So far nothing has been explained refunded or resolved. I’ve been trying to get answers for a week. They claim to have cancelled the shipping twice to me.

Sorry that your parcel has not been collected by the carrier and the issue with the system. This now has been reolved and the refund has been issued.

I have ordered a shipping label on Sat afternoon which was supposed to have it in my mailbox no later then 20 min according to the website. Its Mon afternoon and still "awaiting for label". After two days still waiting to print my label. I have tried to talk to customer service but after waiting for 4 hours I gave up waiting that someone will chat with me. So customer support is extremely poor. I know its a busy time of the year but at least someone be there for customer service.

I am very sorry that your parcel has not been collected by the selected carrier and the label was not generated in time. The refund has been issued on the 2nd of January.
