Courier has said they have that they have made two attempts, but the recipient was at home during both attempts and never heard anyone knock or ring the doorbell. And this person is not hard of hearing! Very very poor service.

Still have not received my package after it was unsuccessfully sent to Germany because someone got the address wrong. Using a middle man for international shipments is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. It took forever to get to the the destination to be returned to sender. That was two weeks ago and no one knows where my package is. Your customer service has not been helpful. Absolute worst experience shipping with you guys. I want a refund of my shipping and the cost of the items shipped that seem to have been lost by your shipper.
