I feel I can rest assured once my packages are in the hands of UPS for a safe and undamaged delivery, regardless of the size or weight of the parcels. They are completely reliable, and have become the ONLY shipping service I truly trust.

Delivered a large box in a timely manner and an unbelievable price! It was second hand clothing I was sending to a relative. The box was large and 30lbs. Parcel Monkey delivered it for 75% less than the other places I called.
