I was notified in advance that my shipment would be delayed by one day due to an unforseen equipment problem. I still give the carrier five stars because of their professionalism upon package dropoff and then their prompt communication of the one day delay in the orignally scheduled delivery. Things happen, and my package safely got to the destination today, so I am totally satisfied.

Horrible

UPS lost my Package on day one, but instead of being honest, they told me for 8 days every day, my package would be delivered today. It is on the Truck... on the 9th day, I got a call telling me that the package never left the facility and they were not able to find it! So they wasted my time and my money! They lie to you and won't say that they have done something wrong. Customer Service makes it very hard to get a human being on the line. You need to fight yourself through by talking to a computer. Horrible Customer Service!
