Tracking Link Does Not Work

The tracking link did not work until the day it was delivered, and the carrier held the package for 4 days before shipping (US to UK). There was no response by customer service regarding tracking in the interim. It was delivered at the 1 week mark (5 business days). Not the best service I have used.

So very simple to drop off!
