Amazingly Easy Shipment Process

I was excited to send a care package to friends in Japan but found the process daunting - that is until I discovered Parcel Monkey. It was honestly much easier (and faster!) than I could have imagined - so happy to know this service exists!

Worst service ever treated horribly
by customer service. Lied too had 2 lots of import duties paid twice and they wont refund one lot. Got told it wasn't their problem. Got hung up on l. Had customer service advisors make horrible comments about me and laugh at me because they were not willing to help absolutely horrendous and will never use again.
