Shipped a 20lb package from Pennsylvania to Edinburgh, Scotland. Pricing was the best I could find, easily walked me through what was needed for Customs, and package was delivered within the timeframe given and in good condition. Definitely plan to use them again!

Customs costs should have been transparent and disclosed upfront

We have been using Parcel Monkey and to date have had no issues. But we are very disappointed with this service on the hidden costs that were not revealed by either Parcel Monkey or the carrier for the customs on delivery. The whole reason for us choosing to work with Parcel Monkey for our shipments was the upfront transparency on the shipment costs and full disclosure. This experience with this shipment left a bad taste with us and making us skeptical for shipments going forth.
