Scam, don’t use Parcel Monkey

Unhappy with parcel monkey. Do not use it. I weighed my shipment at home and at the UPS office and Parcel monkey charged me additional fees almost 3 weeks after the shipment was received claiming it was additional weight. It’s a scam. Don’t use it!

I went in to a regular post office and they quoted me $350 to ship and it would have taken 2weeks… I went through parcelmonkey and payed WAY less and it took my package 3 days to ship! Tracked it the whole way & had no issues…. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

UPS was a nightmare to deal with. Horrible support when my documents only shipment was held in customs.
