Paid for a max 3 day UPS service and it turns into 7 days. Takes 1 day to get from the West coast U.S to the U.K and then sits in Castle Donington from Thursday night through the weekend and then doesn't get delivered to the following Wednesday. After my questionable DHL service to the same address, I just assumed that UPS was a more efficient way to go due to a speedy previous shipment, but disappointed this time. Don't know yet how I'm going to send my next package from the U.S to the U.K.

However please be informed that the shipment reached the destination country within the transit time, but was delayed because it had been held up in Customs, which is out of our control and not included as part of the transit time for any shipment.
