Destroyed family keep sake

Very disappointing. Bowl shipped was crushed when it arrived and broken onto multiple pieces. My daughter was very disheartened as it was her mother's bowl.

post office (usps) didnt accept the box for a domestic shipping saying that there is a battery on the laptop and they don't carry that.

USPS does not recognize an address... when Fedex does!

USPS did not recognize a true address. long delay to get a feedback by email. finally had a response through the chat.
I had to make a new order with Fedex which was totally ok but a little bit more expensive.
Why USPS does not recognize an address and Fedex does is still a mystery to me. Parcel Monkey reimbursed the first transaction but it was a long process for something that was a domestic shipping.Parcel Monkey replied on 03/07/2018
