The ID verification was very badly conducted, I would categorize it as being completely useless and very frustrating.

Takes way too long to verify my id which I felt was completely unnecessary regardless.

I picked USPS because this location was closer, even though it was 25% more expensive than alternatives. It wasn't until after I checked out that I needed a full cavity search to complete my order. I am ... not comfortable with uploading my ID and having take a "face scan" in order to complete my purchase. ParcelMonkey should have made these requirements clear before I sent them my money... I would have chosen UPS, saved money, and enjoyed a 3 minute longer drive.

Arrived late and had limited details as to why in the tracking or what the new expected date would be.
